You can choose a topic from my list or you can create a brand-new topic that specifically meets your intent. There are many unique opportunities that I can incorporate to make your event standout from the rest.
DESTINATION YOUTH and ADULT COACHING
Destination coaching sessions provide a mindfulness experience while providing a tranquil atmosphere that will prepare you for your coaching session. Youth coaching programs are designed for youth ages 10 and over. Life is generally complicated at any age. We can’t always control outcomes, but we can learn to apply techniques and skills to live better and achieve our goals. Let’s develop solutions and actions to enrich this life we are given. Each coaching session starts with a complimentary 30- minute phone session.
COACH AND CRAFT
If you love crafting and creating, then this group coaching is for you. Guided life coaching exercises are used to create crafts that will serve as inspirational and motivational tools. All materials are provided. I love knowing that my Coach& Craft sessions are delivering messages that provide clarity and helping others discover my favorite relaxation tool, crafting!
